Digital Client Success Working Student [Austria]


 

As a working student at Emarsys you will dive into the world of Marketing Automation! You will be a permanent part of our DCSM team and have the chance to further develop your know-how from your studies in practice.

In this role, you will actively support our Digital Client Success Team, which is responsible for building long-term and sustainable customer relationships as well as expanding a portfolio of existing customers. You will take on small projects independently, with your teammates always on hand to offer advice and support.


YOUR TASKS

  • Take responsibility for the performance of the whole post-sale journey of Digital Segment Clients as determined by customer outcomes and milestone accomplishment

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all their commercial requests
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings and internal purposes
  • Effectively manage outbound communication on Product Development and engage in outreach activities to digital segment clients
  • Deliver Operational Excellency by optimizing processes through automations, and following systems and document
  • Provides analytical support and expertise by analyzing account data, and building reports to communicate insights and recommendation to stakeholders
  • Conducting business analytics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and optimization
  • Work closely and efficiently with cross-functional teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ongoing studies, ideally in the field of business administration or marketing.
  • Interest in digital marketing topics and customer experience
  • Independent and structured way of working, hands-on mentality, enjoys change, high degree of proactivity
  • Sense for numbers and correlations (analytical affinity)
  • Experienced use of Excel (data preparation, pivot tables)
  • Experienced use of reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense)
  • Experienced in working with clients
  • Very good knowledge of English and German is a plus
  • Able to committ to 20 hours a week during school term

    The collectively agreed minimum gross salary is EUR 1,950.00. (38.5h/week), to be paid pro-rata for the actual hours (eg 20 hours a week).
