Sales Engineer (m/f/d) [Austria]


 Swarm Analytics is shaping the Smart City of tomorrow through easy to use, trustworthy, yet affordable technology. Being part of our G2M team, you are responsible for the technical sales process as a Sales Engineer (m/f/d). Your tasks range from identifying and developing new projects to product demonstrations and constant communication with our customers and partners. You will work closely with our partners’ tech-team as well as with our product development team to align our products and technologies with the needs of our partners and customers to ensure Swarm’s success.

Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners
  • You will provide technical support to our sales team and partner sales teams for customer acquisition and educate them on product capabilities and product management
  • You will work with our product team to create user-friendly product documentation, support materials, and technical sales materials
  • One of your primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement informative and engagig product and technology demonstrations for partners and customers
  • As a Sales Engineer, you will be the trusted advisor to our customers and partners on technical issues
  • You like to bring in new ideas, with your proactive approach and hands-on mentality you ensure the success of our customers and partners
  • You are in constant exchange with our customers and partners to get feedback
  • You know all the details of our hardware and software, use cases, and all the tips and tricks to set up the dashboard
Requirements

  • You embrace change and challenges and are comfortable in fast-paced business environments
  • You feel the drive to identify and solve our customer’s and partner’s issues
  • You have profound organizational and project management skills with a strong customer focus to ensure excellent collaboration with our customers and partners
  • Experience with partner ecosystems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • You are willing to travel to customers, partners and trade shows of all kinds (mainly Europe)
  • You also have sales/pre-sales experience and a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software products
