We are looking for a German/English-speaking virtual assistant to join our team and support a small business owner with a range of administrative, bookkeeping, and project coordination tasks. This freelance position requires approximately 4h per week on an ongoing basis.
Scope of the role:
- Project Management (client onboarding, agenda management, process co-development, and management).
- Financial Administration (client invoicing & billing, internal budget support, expense tracking, and reporting).
- Organizing content (text, images, links, resources) from clients and internal projects, organizing digital framework.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially dealing with bookkeeping tasks and project coordination
- Certain knowledge of the Swiss administrative system to support everyday business admin tasks
- Fluency in English and German; Swiss German skills is a plus
- Location: Remote/CET or similar timezone.
