Development Engineer Control Systems with focus on converter systems f/m/d
AVL develops converter systems and DC voltage sources/sinks for e-mobility applications. Building on the power electronics and control platform developed at AVL, you will develop software for our products in close cooperation with our development team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Model-based development of controls for converter systems and DC voltage sources/sinks for test bench systems using Matlab/Simulink.
- Commissioning, validation and optimization of the developed algorithms on the test bench
- On-site support at the customer's site
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical education (university/technical college) with a focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or similar fields
- Good knowledge in power electronics, control engineering, real-time systems and Matlab/Simulink advantageous
- Good knowledge of English
- Team spirit, diplomatic skills and self-confidence

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €49,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
