NPI Manager (f/m/d)


As NPI Manager you will ne the central point of contact towards and from the management, the different departments and customers for all technical ramp related projects in the organization from NPI till High Volume Manufacturing stage. In this role, you will take over project from TD and/or customer products with heavy modification and bring to HVM.


Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning technical representative for TFC, parameters setup, sample build monitoring and well-being
  • Manage technical setup for new sample build within his/her functional area
  • Definition of new product specifications and continuous evaluation and improvement of the products quality and process flow efficiency
  • Strong focus on utilizing statistical tools and lean production tools in standardizing and controlling process, improving yield and optimizing throughput
  • Insurance of smooth and reliable hand-over to the responsible manufacturing departments
  • Follow department KPIs, process cost reduction, efficiency improvement and support Yield Roadmaps and plant targets

Your Profile

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) or high school in the field of mechanical, electrical engineering, chemistry or physics
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the fields of PCB or Semiconductor industry

  • Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and design of experiments

  • Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel), JMP and Minitab
  • Good analytical skills with attention to details, “out of the Box” thinking and good stress management
  • Willingness to travel and working in an enriching intercultural environment
  • Excellent fluent and written English skills
