Quality Reporting and Statistic Administration f/m/d
Preparation of global reports and analyses on good and poor quality in the measuring and testing systems business area, which are one of the information bases for management to improve the quality of products, systems and services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Extract business and technical data to assess the quality status of trends
- Support the global system management team and the quality tool landscape
- Create and interpret reports, analyses, and statistics
- Manage quality tools such as document master list, audit reporting, or problem resolution tool
- Coordinate and manage access rights for quality related tools
- Coordinator for the share point sites of the quality departments
- Control of global documents (procedures, templates, ...)
- Support of the global system management team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education with technical and/or IT focus (apprenticeship / school leaving examination)
- First professional experience in industrial or IT environment
- Experience in creating reports with Microsoft Power BI and very good MS Office skills
- Knowledge in the field of quality management is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Careful and quality-conscious way of working with initiative
- High level of networked analytical thinking and presentation skills
- Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €41,440.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
