Teamlead Develop Test Procedures, 80-100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
- You lead one of the Develop Test Procedures teams and act as first point for advice, concerns, problems and general feedback
- You support the professional development of your team members and foster a strong collaboration within the team and its different interfaces
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the availability and quality of test equipment in our worldwide operating processes
- You are interested in the calibration process, continuous evaluations and improvements
- You coordinate and manage the team in different projects, and you contribute to the process strategy
What are we looking for?
- You have leadership experience, and you convince with your leadership principles & values
- You finished a technical education and have experience in the field of electronics
- You have an understanding of Software & Hardware development processes
- You are empathetic, well organized and strategic thinking is one of your strengths
- You feel comfortable in an international environment, speaking English and preferably German
