  • Independent analysis of customer inquiries, 2nd level support
  • Further development of service processes
  • Coordination of customer requirements, requirements engineer activities
  • Tests and error analysist

Requirements

  • Technical education or experience in technical environment
  • Experience in solving complex problems in the software area
  • Knowledge of SQL, core banking systems (Cobol/PL1) or Angular (Java) is an advantage
  • Communicative, service-oriented personality with organizational and consulting skills
  • Flexible and organized way of working, solution-oriented, persistent personality

HO regulations

  • 3 days HO
  • 2 days on-site in Vienna
