Admissions Coordinator (all genders) - Full-time (40h/w)


 
Your responsibilities

  • Ensure completed applications contain all the relevant documents needed to be processed efficiently
  • Conduct interviews as appropriate with prospective student applicants in line with MU’s guidelines, rules and regulations
  • Collaborate with the relevant Dean in the decision-making process for admissions and reductions (willingness to serve on the Admissions Committee)
  • Collect insights and feedback on the application process and communicate this information to enhance the applicants’ experience
  • Contribute to producing reports on leads and prospective students
  • Potentially support with recruitment events, i.e., Open Days, MU Connect workshops, Experience Days etc.
  • Take on projects and tasks as instructed by the Head of Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions
Your profile
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Ideally a minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
  • Proactive, agile and engaged attitude with a business & results-driven mindset.
  • Effective planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must and German is an asset.
  • IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Valid work permit in Austria.
