What would be your major responsibilities?


Strategy:

  • Lead global Customer Services strategy & Transformation initiatives.
  • Define global standards and principles, including Product alignment and location strategy.
  • Develop long-term roadmap in partnership with the Customer Services Leadership team.
  • Build compelling business cases and change management plans.


Operations:

  • Design SLAs and KPI's. Track, maintain and report on these.
  • Arrange and manage service review meetings.
  • Monitor and audit service delivery; ensuring processes are in place and followed.
  • Manage IT asset and licence management.
  • Own and manage 3rd party supplier relationships – contracts and performance


Projects:

  • Accountable for delivery of all Projects
  • Manage, track, and drive scope, objectives, & critical success factors of projects
  • Own end-to-end plans, budgets and benefits tracking, including the identification of critical risks, dependencies, and change.
  • Reporting progress to stakeholders (up to CxO). Timely escalations as necessary
  • Track and communicate business value/business readiness and map against milestones.


Management:

  • Building and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, driving alignment between Customer Services, Operations, Product Management, Development Management, and Business Stakeholders
  • Able to coach and develop team members in implementing service management standards and processes.
  • Manage team of Project/Operations Analysts.
  • Influence and partner with peers in a Matrix environment

Is this you?


  • Academic degree in Business Management or equivalent education
  • Relevant experience within online payment industry is an advantage
  • 5+ years' experience of managing Customer Service operations/delivery.
  • 5+ years’ experience of Project/Program management of $2m+ complex projects
  • 5+ years’ experience of managing teams of Project Managers and Project/Operations Analysts
  • Experience of managing permanent and 3rd party resources
  • Strong experience of creating business cases and change Programs.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project & program planning, people, and team building skills.
  • Experience of working in a Matrix organization, working without direct control of resources and with global geographical spread.
  • Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints.
  • Strong Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial services, ideally the Payments (cards and or stored value) industry,
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2, or other Project Management qualification Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • ITIL Certificate in Managing Across the Lifecycle or equivalent level.
