In our multinational team you take on the following tasks:
- You deeply understand our customers and their challenges
- You establish and implement the strategy of your product portfolio
- You optimize added value for our customers – and our revenue, margins, volumes and costs
- You manage innovation projects from idea to market launch
- You manage and execute product-related measures (innovations, campaigns, trainings etc.)
- You closely cooperate with different stakeholders around the globe

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Passion for new things and positive energy to innovate and optimize
- A degree in engineering or commercial education, ideally combined with a strong interest in construction materials and the construction processes
- (First) Work experience in the field of formwork technology or construction engineering is an advantage, but not a must
- Experience in leading a project (team) is beneficial
- Enthusiasm to work with customers and international stakeholders
- Joy in taking the initiative and working in a team, thrive on bringing the results
- Good command of English, other languages are of advantage
- Willingness to travel globally
Additional Information
- You organize your working hours independently and flexibly, as there are no fixed core hours.
- You work in your home office to a certain extent or alternatively use our shared offices in Linz or Vienna on a daily basis in addition to your workplace in Amstetten.

- For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 42,558.88 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
