Are you an an excellent communicator, fun, and conscientious? Do you love making connections with people from all over the world and enjoy being outdoors and active? If so, then we are looking for you! From now until mid/late September (on a geringfügig basis), we need a highly motivated and engaging person to join our outdoor activities team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment ready for our active tours
- Guest liaison before and after their tours
- Leading small international groups on our Vienna city kayak tour
- Cleaning and maintaining our equipment and site

Ideal characteristics:
- Fluent (C2) or native English speaker (German an advantage but not essential);
- Previous experience working in tourism an advantage (particularly in the tour sector);
- Ability to connect with people from all nationalities and cultures;
- Have great knowledge of Vienna and its surroundings;
- Strong swimmer (previous kayaking experience an advantage but not essential);
Must haves:
- Highly organised, very conscientious, and flexibility in terms of working hours/days
- Absolutely customer oriented and driven
- Entertaining, interested in other people and a good storyteller.
Working hours approx 7.5hrs per week, divided into two mornings (08:45 – 12:30). Hourly wage is 15 EUR (plus tips).
