What your day to day will look like
- Managing and sustaining relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
- Coordinate and maintain oversight on Contracts and Legal activities related to specific programs.
- Act as first point of contact for AOP-internal staff, external counsel, and expert consultants
- Lead / facilitate internal and external discussion on all aspects of partner cooperation, on
- operational level, e.g. product supply, data exchange, contract negotiations
- strategic level, e.g. settlement options, long-term planning
- Serve as subject matter expert on matters of the dispute, including marketing authorization procedure, manufacturing process, lifecycle management, manufacturing costs
- Review documents and provide strategic and factual input, e.g. legal correspondence, senior management correspondence
- Act as advisor to the AOP Board of Directors (BoD) and decision makers regarding all aspects of the cooperation between AOP and partners, e.g. product forecasting and ordering, payments, data sharing, historical conduct, technical expertise on the product, marketing authorization
Your Qualifications and Experience
Your Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Life Sciences or Economics
- At least 3 years’ experience in scientific project leadership or program management in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
- You are passionate about life sciences, highly motivated and driven
- Knowledge of the drug development process and strong understanding of business and regulatory issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects
- You are an outgoing, open minded and proactive team worker
- Speed and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English for both verbal and written communication
