YOUR TASKS

• Design, development and operations of observability Platforms around the topics of logs, metrics and traces
• End-to-end delivery of observability projects (design, development, operations)
• Use of cutting edge technologies with a strong open-source focus (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics,..)
• Analyzing application specific logs/metrics to establish fine-grained alerting
• Support troubleshooting, interpreting logs and metrics to solve post-mortems

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional experience in the field of observability
• Experience with oberservability visualisation (e.g. Grafana) and distributed monitoring databases (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Elastic)
• Scripting (PowerShell, CMD, Bash), .NET (C#, VB), C/C++, HTML)
• Oracle DB, MS SQL
• Understanding of (is a plus but not required):
• Container and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, ...)
• Infrastructure as code
• Windows Server and Client
• Quick comprehension and interest in learning and applying new technologies as well as agile methods
• You are not satisfied with the status quo and think outside the box

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 40.980,80 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
