Together with about 100 colleagues at this location in Vienna, you will actively supply to making this world a little healthier. To strengthen our Product Management Team, we are looking for a responsible, committed, motivated and independent person to fill the position as:

Technical Product Management Specialist

Vienna / Hybrid

You are a member of the Global Product Management team that will serve as the interface between commercial and operational partners to handle communication and updates related to product inquiries. You will work closely with the Operations team to handle product lifecycle, product changes, and continuous improvement initiatives for all product lines manufactured at the Vienna site.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of tactical projects and programs for new and existing products in the immunoassays portfolio.
  • Serve as a technical authority, interfacing between technical support, field sales, and the customer as needed
  • Primarily work with Product Management, Operations, and Technical Operations and other team members to meet efficiency and profitability goals
  • Coordinate and communicate product changes as needed to internal and external customers including updates of product documentation, SOPs, and customer communications
  • Serve as the business partner for site Operations for product issues and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects
  • Maintain alignment between Product Management team and Operations partners
  • Act as the internal point of contact for customer complaints that require detailed investigation
  • SKU management including setup for next generation products and discontinuation of obsolete SKUs

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable life science field – advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience developing, using, or supporting immunoassay product lines as a Product Manager, R&D scientist, or technical support scientist
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present data and conclusions
  • Proficient in German and English (spoken and written)
  • You will be able to operate independently, exercising good judgment within generally defined practices and policies, and will combine a passion for science with an understanding of marketing and customer needs to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Specific knowledge and hands-on experience with immunoassay techniques, products, technology, competitors, and customers

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. For this position we provide a minimum salary of 55.300 € per year. Overpayment is possible based on your previous experience and qualifications.
